Privacy Policy & Terms Of Service

Website Disclaimer

Effective and last updated August 8, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to sapphiresoulwellness.com, Sapphire Soul Wellness services, digital content, memberships, communities, events, communications, and sessions offered by Alissa Williams or on behalf of Sapphire Soul Wellness. By using the website or purchasing or participating in an offering, you acknowledge this Disclaimer.

1. Spiritual, educational, and personal-development services

Sapphire Soul Wellness provides spiritual, intuitive, educational, coaching, hypnosis, and personal-development experiences. Services may include intuitive guidance, psychic or mediumship sessions, Akashic Records exploration, past-life or Life Between Lives experiences, energy work, grief support, relationship coaching, guided hypnosis, somatic awareness practices, mentorship, community programs, and educational content.

These services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatry, counseling by a licensed mental-health professional, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis services. Alissa Williams is not acting as a physician, nurse, psychologist, licensed mental-health counselor, marriage and family therapist, social worker, attorney, financial adviser, or other licensed professional unless a specific credential and professional role are expressly identified in writing.

2. No diagnosis, treatment, or health claims

Nothing on the website or in a session should be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage a physical or mental-health condition. Do not delay, stop, or replace medical care, medication, therapy, or other licensed treatment based on information from Sapphire Soul Wellness. Consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding symptoms, diagnoses, medication, trauma, addiction, pregnancy, fertility, relationships involving abuse, or other health and safety concerns.

Iridology, intuitive impressions, energy observations, somatic observations, and spiritual interpretations are offered for personal reflection only. They are not diagnostic tests and must not be treated as medical findings.

3. Psychic, mediumship, and spiritual experiences

Psychic, intuitive, mediumship, Akashic Records, spirit-baby, past-life, Life Between Lives, energy, and related services are subjective spiritual experiences. Specific information, identities, memories, messages, spiritual contact, accuracy, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any images, impressions, narratives, or perceived memories that arise may be symbolic, imaginative, emotional, spiritual, or otherwise unverifiable. They should not be treated as established fact, recovered memory, evidence, or the sole basis for a medical, legal, financial, safety, pregnancy, relationship, or other major life decision.

4. Hypnosis and guided imagery

Hypnosis and guided imagery are voluntary, collaborative experiences. You remain responsible for your choices and may pause or end the process at any time. Individual responses vary. Hypnosis does not guarantee memory recovery, behavior change, symptom relief, or any specific result. Material experienced during hypnosis may be incomplete, symbolic, distorted, imagined, or inaccurate and must not be treated as forensic or historical proof.

Do not participate while driving, operating equipment, using intoxicating substances, or in an environment where focused relaxation would be unsafe. Tell the practitioner before the session about any condition, medication, recent crisis, dissociation, psychosis, seizure history, or other concern that could affect safe participation, and consult a licensed health professional when appropriate.

5. Grief and relationship support

Grief sessions are non-clinical support and do not replace grief counseling, trauma treatment, or emergency care. Mediumship or spiritual connection may be part of a separately described service, but communication with a particular person or spirit cannot be guaranteed.

Relationship services are coaching, not couples therapy. They are not appropriate for emergencies, active violence, coercive control, threats, court-ordered treatment, custody evaluations, or situations requiring licensed clinical care. Each participant remains responsible for personal safety, boundaries, decisions, and obtaining qualified support.

6. Emergencies and crisis support

Sapphire Soul Wellness is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the United States, contact the emergency or crisis service in your location. Do not use email, social media, a booking form, or a session request for urgent help.

7. Results, testimonials, and personal responsibility

Results vary. No outcome, breakthrough, reconciliation, healing, communication, income, health change, or spiritual experience is promised. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not guarantees or representations that another client will receive the same result. You remain responsible for evaluating information, choosing what to act on, and seeking licensed support where needed.

8. External content and affiliate relationships

Links, guest content, recommended products, practitioners, books, platforms, or resources are provided for convenience and do not create a professional endorsement or guarantee. If Sapphire Soul Wellness receives compensation or another material benefit from a recommendation, that relationship will be disclosed where required.

9. Contact

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit sapphiresoulwellness.com, contact us, book or purchase an offering, join a membership or community, attend an event, or otherwise interact with us.

This general Privacy Policy should be read with the separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy below. The health-data policy controls if there is a conflict concerning consumer health data.

1. Information we collect

Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, account details, and communication preferences.

Transaction information, such as purchased services, memberships, payment status, billing history, gift-card information, discounts, refunds, and chargeback records. Payment-card numbers are generally collected directly by the payment processor, not stored by Sapphire Soul Wellness.

Booking and participation information, such as appointment time, location preference, attendance, session credits, forms, agreements, questions, and accessibility requests.

Information you choose to provide in messages, intake forms, session preparation, community posts, reviews, testimonials, surveys, or support requests.

Health, wellness, grief, relationship, emotional, spiritual, hypnosis, and personal-history information you choose to provide. Additional disclosures and rights appear in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, and website interactions.

Audio, video, photographs, or recordings only when created for an event, testimonial, content project, or session with appropriate notice and consent.

2. How we collect information

Directly from you when you submit a form, book, purchase, create an account, join a program, communicate with us, participate in a session, or provide content.

Automatically through the website, cookies, security tools, hosting logs, and analytics tools.

From service providers that support hosting, scheduling, payments, email, video meetings, messaging, community access, security, and customer support.

From another person when that person purchases a gift card, refers you, includes you in a couples booking, or provides your information with authority to do so.

From public sources or social platforms when you interact with public Sapphire Soul Wellness content.

3. How we use information

Provide, personalize, schedule, and administer requested services and programs.

Process payments, payment plans, memberships, gift cards, credits, refunds, and transactions.

Communicate about bookings, preparation, support, account activity, policy changes, and purchases.

Send marketing emails or texts when permitted, with a way to unsubscribe or opt out.

Maintain client, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, consent, and business records.

Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website, services, content, and customer experience.

Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.

4. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

Website hosting, domain, scheduling, payment, email, text, video-conferencing, messaging, community, analytics, security, file-storage, and customer-support providers that perform services for us.

Independent contractors or assistants who need the information to schedule, support, or deliver a requested offering and who are expected to protect it.

Professional advisers such as accountants, attorneys, insurers, and auditors.

Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, prevent fraud, or respond to legal process.

A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell consumer health data. We do not disclose mobile opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies, analytics, and online technologies

The website and its providers may use cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, traffic measurement, and analytics. You can control some cookies through your browser or an available cookie tool, but disabling them may affect website functions. If advertising or remarketing technologies are used, we will not use them to collect or share consumer health data except with the disclosure and consent required by law.

The site uses third-party features, including Google reCAPTCHA, and may link to social networks, video platforms, payment pages, scheduling tools, or other sites. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Email and text communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message. If you consent to marketing texts, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help when those commands are supported. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. We may still send nonmarketing messages necessary for transactions, appointments, security, or customer service.

7. Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Sapphire Soul Wellness generally receives transaction confirmation, contact information, limited payment details, and fraud or dispute information, but not the full payment-card number. Payment providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, client support, consent records, security, disputes, tax and accounting obligations, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type. Financial and transaction records may be kept for up to seven years or longer when required. Consumer health data is retained only as necessary for the requested service and disclosed purposes, subject to legal obligations and valid deletion requests. Backup deletion may take longer as explained in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle and limit access to people who need it for the disclosed purpose. No website, email, text, social platform, or storage system is completely secure. Do not send urgent information or information you do not want transmitted through the selected communication channel.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing, by emailing sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com. We may verify your identity using information already associated with you. Rights vary by location and are subject to legal exceptions. Washington consumer-health-data rights are described separately below.

11. Children

The website and services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as required.

12. Third-party links and services

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or conduct of third-party websites, apps, payment processors, social networks, or communication platforms. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The revised policy will display a new effective date. If a change materially affects previously collected consumer health data, we will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by law before using that data for a new purpose.

14. Contact

Privacy requests and questions may be sent to sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com or Sapphire Soul Wellness, Marysville, Washington, United States, (425) 316-7780.

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Washington My Health My Data Act notice | Effective and last updated August 8, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to consumer health data handled by Sapphire Soul Wellness. It is intended to provide the disclosures required by the Washington My Health My Data Act. It applies to Washington residents and to consumer health data collected in Washington.

Consumer health data generally means personal information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to a person and identifies, reveals, or can be used to infer that person's past, present, or future physical or mental-health status. This can include data about psychological or behavioral interventions, wellness services, reproductive or sexual health, biometrics, precise location connected to health services, and information identifying a person seeking health services.

1. Categories of consumer health data we may collect

Information identifying that you sought, considered, booked, purchased, or participated in a wellness, grief, relationship, hypnosis, somatic, energy, spiritual, or personal-development service.

Information about grief, loss, relationships, emotions, stress, habits, fears, personal history, family history, spiritual concerns, goals, and reasons for seeking support.

Physical or mental-health information you voluntarily provide, including symptoms, conditions, diagnoses, treatment, medication, pregnancy or fertility information, trauma history, addiction history, or safety concerns.

Intake answers, consent selections, session preparation, practitioner notes, client messages, and follow-up information related to the requested service.

Audio, video, photographs, voice recordings, or facial images if a session or testimonial is separately recorded with consent.

Approximate location, device, cookie, IP-address, page-view, search, or interaction information that may identify or permit an inference that you are seeking a health- or wellness-related service.

Inferences drawn from the information above for scheduling, personalization, safety, service preparation, client support, or recommendations requested by you.

2. Why we collect and use consumer health data

Respond to your inquiry and determine whether a requested service is appropriate within the provider's non-clinical scope.

Schedule, prepare for, personalize, provide, document, and follow up on the product or service you request.

Support payment, membership, program, credit, customer-service, and dispute administration.

Communicate with you about the requested service and your preferences.

Protect clients, providers, the website, and the business from fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity.

Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We collect consumer health data with your consent or to the extent necessary to provide a product or service you request. If we want to collect a new category or use consumer health data for a materially different purpose, we will update this policy and obtain affirmative consent before doing so when required.

3. Sources of consumer health data

Directly from you through forms, bookings, purchases, sessions, messages, calls, emails, community participation, surveys, testimonials, and other interactions.

From a partner or other participant in a couples, relationship, group, gift, or shared booking when that person provides information about you.

From website, device, cookie, security, hosting, and analytics technologies.

From processors and contractors supporting scheduling, payments, email, text, video, messaging, file storage, community access, security, and customer support.

From public information or social platforms when you choose to interact publicly with Sapphire Soul Wellness.

4. Categories of consumer health data we share

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising. We may disclose the minimum necessary categories of consumer health data to provide a service you request, with your consent, or as otherwise permitted by law. Depending on the service, those categories may include identifiers and contact details, booking and purchase information, intake responses, communications, service preferences, wellness or personal-history information, and limited technical or security data.

5. Categories of recipients

Website hosting, domain, form, scheduling, payment, email, text, video-conferencing, messaging, community, file-storage, analytics, security, and customer-support providers acting for Sapphire Soul Wellness.

Authorized assistants, contractors, or facilitators who need access to schedule, support, or provide the requested service.

Attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.

Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or safety personnel when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.

A successor in a lawful business transaction, subject to applicable requirements.

Any other recipient you direct or separately authorize.

Specific affiliates: Sapphire Soul Wellness currently has no corporate affiliates with which it shares consumer health data.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data about you and access that data.

Receive a list of third parties and affiliates with whom your consumer health data was shared or sold, including an active contact method for those parties.

Withdraw consent from future collection or sharing of your consumer health data.

Request deletion of your consumer health data, including notice to applicable processors, contractors, affiliates, and third parties.

Appeal a refusal to act on your request.

7. How to exercise your rights

Email sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com with the subject line Consumer Health Data Request. State whether you want access, a recipient list, withdrawal of consent, deletion, or an appeal. You do not need to create a new account. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that the request concerns you. Do not send sensitive details that are not needed for verification.

We will respond without undue delay and generally within 45 days. When reasonably necessary, we may extend the response once for up to 45 additional days and will explain the extension within the first 45 days. Requests are free up to twice per year. Manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests may be denied or subject to a reasonable administrative fee as permitted by law.

If a deletion request reaches data stored in archives or backups, deletion from those systems may be delayed until restoration and may take up to six months after authentication. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or another lawful exception.

8. Appeals

To appeal a decision, reply to our decision or email sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com with the subject line Consumer Health Data Appeal. We will respond in writing within 45 days and explain the decision. If an appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

9. Consent withdrawal

Withdrawal applies to future collection or sharing based on consent. It does not affect processing already completed, information necessary to provide a product or service you still request, or information retained under a lawful exception. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing a service that requires the information.

10. Security and access

We restrict consumer health data access to people and providers who need it for the disclosed purpose and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the volume and nature of the data. No system is completely secure.

11. No geofencing

Sapphire Soul Wellness does not use a geofence around a health-care facility or wellness location to identify, track, collect data from, or send messages or advertisements to people based on their presence at that location.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Before collecting a new category of consumer health data or using existing consumer health data for a new purpose that requires consent, we will update the disclosure and obtain affirmative consent.

13. Contact

Consumer health data requests and questions may be sent to sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com or Sapphire Soul Wellness, Marysville, Washington, United States, (425) 316-7780.

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated August 8, 2026

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Sapphire Soul Wellness. They govern your use of sapphiresoulwellness.com and your purchase or participation in services, sessions, programs, memberships, events, digital products, communities, gift cards, and other offerings. By using the website, checking an acceptance box, purchasing, booking, or participating, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, Website Disclaimer, and any offer-specific agreement presented to you.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, purchase, book, or participate. If an offer-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the offer-specific agreement controls for that offering.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By using the website or purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are acting for yourself or have authority to act for the person or organization identified.

2. Services and scope

Offerings may include spiritual coaching, psychic or intuitive guidance, mediumship, Akashic Records exploration, spirit-baby sessions, energy work, grief support, relationship coaching, guided hypnosis, past-life or Life Between Lives experiences, somatic-awareness practices, mentorship, memberships, digital education, communities, events, and related content. Availability, format, duration, price, location, and inclusions are stated in the applicable listing or agreement and may change for future purchases.

Services are spiritual, educational, coaching, and personal-development experiences. They are not licensed medical or mental-health care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, legal advice, or financial advice. The Website Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.

3. Informed and voluntary participation

Participation is voluntary. You choose what to disclose and may decline an exercise or end a session. You are responsible for deciding whether an offering is appropriate, disclosing information relevant to safe participation, and obtaining advice from qualified licensed professionals. Sapphire Soul Wellness may decline, pause, or end a service when it is outside scope, unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or not an appropriate fit.

4. Bookings, punctuality, cancellations, and rescheduling

Appointments are confirmed only after the required booking steps and payment or approved arrangement are completed.

Unless an offer, confirmation, or signed agreement states a different policy, provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full or may forfeit the applicable session credit. Payment-plan installments remain due.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time and does not reduce the fee.

If Sapphire Soul Wellness cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule, the remedy is a credit or refund for the affected undelivered service.

Repeated rescheduling, nonpayment, unsafe conduct, or policy violations may result in service termination.

5. Prices, payments, and payment plans

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected method for the purchase, taxes, and agreed installments. You are responsible for accurate billing information and any fees imposed by your bank or card issuer.

A payment plan divides the purchase price. It is not a pay-per-session arrangement unless expressly stated. Ending participation does not automatically cancel remaining installments for services, program capacity, access, or support already reserved, except where an offer-specific agreement or law provides otherwise. Failed payments may suspend access and scheduling.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com promptly so the issue can be reviewed before initiating a chargeback. This does not waive any legal right.

6. Refunds

Except when required by law or expressly stated in an offer-specific refund policy, completed sessions, missed appointments, delivered digital products, used membership periods, and services already performed are nonrefundable. Refund eligibility for an undelivered package, mentorship, event, or program is controlled by the written offer and any signed agreement. A different-than-hoped-for outcome is not grounds for a refund because results and spiritual experiences are not guaranteed.

7. Packages, credits, mentorships, and programs

Session credits and package benefits may be used only by the purchaser or designated recipient unless transfer is approved in writing.

Program scope, session cadence, between-session contact, access windows, expiration, pauses, and termination rights are stated in the applicable offer or agreement.

Unlimited access, priority scheduling, or messaging access is subject to reasonable availability, boundaries, business hours, safety, and the written program scope. It does not mean immediate, around-the-clock, emergency, or unlimited-duration access.

Unused benefits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Client-only prepaid booking links require an existing paid credit, gift card, or program entitlement and do not create a free session.

8. Memberships and recurring billing

A monthly or annual membership renews automatically at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled. By enrolling, you give express consent to recurring charges and acknowledge the renewal and cancellation terms displayed before purchase.

Cancel through the account tool when available or by emailing sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals and generally takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Except where required by law or expressly stated, partial membership periods are not prorated or refunded. Removing a payment method, disputing a charge, or leaving a community does not by itself cancel a membership.

We may change future membership pricing or benefits with advance notice. If a payment fails, access may be suspended while reasonable collection attempts are made. Keep confirmation of cancellation.

9. Gift cards

Purchased gift cards may be used for eligible Sapphire Soul Wellness offerings and are subject to applicable law. Washington gift cards do not expire and are not subject to service, dormancy, or inactivity fees, except where a statutory exception applies. Promotional or donated certificates may carry disclosed limits or expiration terms when legally permitted. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced unless purchase and remaining value can be verified.

10. Digital products and course access

Digital products, recordings, downloads, and courses are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, teach from, upload, publish, scrape, or create derivative products from protected materials without written permission. Access may be revoked for infringement, unauthorized sharing, payment reversal, or misuse.

11. Community and event conduct

Treat other participants with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, solicitation, spam, illegal activity, recording without consent, or disclosure of another participant's private information is prohibited. We may remove content or participants to protect the community or enforce these Terms. Fees are not refunded when access is terminated for a material violation.

Participants are expected to keep personal stories shared by others private, but Sapphire Soul Wellness cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Share accordingly.

12. Couples and group participation

Each participant must consent to participation and these Terms. Information disclosed in a joint session may be heard by the other participant and should not be assumed confidential from that person. Relationship coaching is not therapy, mediation, legal representation, a custody evaluation, or a forensic service. Sapphire Soul Wellness may stop a session when there is active abuse, coercion, threats, danger, or another issue outside non-clinical scope.

13. Hypnosis and recordings

Do not participate in hypnosis while driving, operating equipment, intoxicated, or in an unsafe setting. You remain able to pause or end the experience. Hypnosis does not guarantee memory accuracy or a particular result. Sessions are not forensic memory-recovery services.

No person may record a private session without the advance written consent of Sapphire Soul Wellness and every participant. Sapphire Soul Wellness will not record a session, testimonial, or event for public use without appropriate notice and separate permission.

14. Communications

You agree that we may send transactional messages about bookings, purchases, account activity, safety, support, and policy changes. Marketing email or text messages require the consent required by law and can be opted out of as described in the Privacy Policy. Messaging platforms are not emergency channels and may not be secure.

15. Intellectual property

The website, brand, names, logos, graphics, photographs, service frameworks, written materials, audio, video, courses, exercises, and other content are owned by Sapphire Soul Wellness or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited personal-use license expressly granted for purchased content.

16. Content you provide

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You give Sapphire Soul Wellness a limited license to use it as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate the website, process your request, and comply with law. We will not use a private testimonial, identifiable story, photograph, audio, or video in marketing without appropriate permission.

17. Acceptable website use

You may not interfere with the website, bypass security, use automated extraction without permission, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, misuse booking or payment systems, infringe rights, or use the website for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or competitive-copying purposes.

18. Third-party platforms

The website and services may depend on third-party hosting, payment, scheduling, video, messaging, email, social, community, or file platforms. Sapphire Soul Wellness does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, policies, content, or acts. Your use of those platforms may be governed by separate terms.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website, content, and offerings are provided as available without warranties of a particular result, uninterrupted access, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sapphire Soul Wellness and its owner, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, relationship decisions, or reliance on spiritual or subjective information.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, aggregate liability arising from an offering will not exceed the amount you paid Sapphire Soul Wellness for the specific offering giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event. This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

21. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Sapphire Soul Wellness and its owner and representatives from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement, material breach of these Terms, unauthorized sharing of content, or misuse of the website, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be shifted.

22. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unsafe or abusive conduct, material policy violations, unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or a service need outside scope. Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

23. Force majeure

Sapphire Soul Wellness is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergency, severe weather, power or internet failure, platform outage, government action, labor disruption, natural disaster, or safety threat. We will use reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an appropriate credit for an affected undelivered service.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to send written notice describing the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Snohomish County, Washington. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using small-claims court when eligible.

25. Changes

We may update these Terms for future use. The revised version will display a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms. Terms accepted for a specific paid program remain subject to the version and offer-specific agreement governing that purchase unless both parties agree otherwise.

26. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without written consent. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the website and general offerings, subject to any offer-specific written agreement.

27. Contact

Questions or notices may be sent to sapphiresoulschedule@gmail.com or Sapphire Soul Wellness, Marysville, Washington, United States, (425) 316-7780.
